What equipment do you manage?

Firewalls, gateways, switches, wireless access points, and VPN infrastructure. We can manage your existing hardware or recommend and deploy new equipment as part of onboarding.

Do you monitor the network 24/7?

Yes — monitoring and alerting run around the clock. When something fails or degrades, we’re notified immediately and respond during support hours (with after-hours issues handled on a best-effort basis).

What counts as a ‘location’?

A physical site with its own network — an office, storefront, or warehouse. Your first location is $199.99/month; each additional location is $89.99/month with 2 included service hours.

Can you set up remote work VPN access?

Absolutely. Both site-to-site VPNs (connecting offices) and remote access VPNs (letting employees work securely from anywhere) are included in the service.

What if I need more than my included service hours?

You can add prepaid hour blocks — 1 extra hour for $19.99/mo, 3 for $39.99/mo, or 5 for $59.99/mo — or pay standard hourly rates for occasional overages.
