We install a lightweight management agent that monitors system health 24/7, applies security patches automatically, and runs SentinelOne Complete antivirus with EDR. When something goes wrong, we’re alerted and can often fix it remotely before you notice.
What are professional service hours?
Each plan includes time every month for real technical help — troubleshooting, setup, questions, anything. Residential single-computer plans include 1 hour/month; commercial plans include 2 hours/month per computer.
What happens if I need more help than my included hours?
Extra time is billed at a transparent hourly rate: $45.99/hour for residential and $65.99/hour for commercial. We’ll always let you know before extra billing kicks in.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. We keep customers with good service, not contracts.
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes — we manage Windows and macOS computers for both home users and small businesses.
